This is debatable. England is still alive today, although collectively we refer to it with the rest of "Great Britain" or the "United Kingdom". We don't say that England and Scotland no longer exist today just because they united in the 18th Century.

1821, I think they gave it at about 22... it's a long history for Greece but it had to regain independence in the 19th century and was arguably a collection or a variety of smaller individual countries in history - though I know little to nothing of the country/area between maybe 200bc - 1800

There’s a wrong information in the video, Italy owned the independence with the unification the 17th March 1861 and it was ruled by a Monarchy. 2nd June 1946 is when Italy turned in a Republic.

this is an interesting video but has major flaws. Nobody knows exactly when Japan or San Marino were founded but it was certainly not on the days stated in their official narrative. Also many of these countries are much older but had some kind of political revolution
