30 Non Food Items To Stockpile Before The Collapse

A new crisis can emerge unexpectedly and dismantle the status quo. That's why, in today's world, the importance of prepping and stocking up on essentials cannot be overstated. With the increasing frequency of geopolitical conflicts and the ongoing impacts of climate change, supply chain disruptions and shortages have become a reality that we must prepare for.
Emergencies, whether they be natural disasters, power outages, or even economic crises, often strike without warning, leaving those who are unprepared in a precarious situation. By taking proactive steps to build a well-rounded emergency stockpile, we can ensure that we have the necessary resources to weather any storm.
Prepping is not about paranoia, it's about being practical and forward-thinking. When we consider the potential for sudden interruptions in the flow of goods across the US and the globe, the importance of having a diverse range of non-food items on hand becomes clear.
While food is undoubtedly a critical component of any emergency stockpile, non-food items can be just as crucial for survival and comfort during a crisis. These items can help us maintain hygiene, provide medical care, ensure communication, and offer practical solutions to everyday challenges that arise when normal services are disrupted.
The summer months, in particular, can bring their own unique set of challenges. Heatwaves, wildfires, hurricanes, and other weather-related events are more common, and being prepared for these specific scenarios is essential.
By stockpiling a thoughtful selection of non-food items, we can mitigate the risks associated with these events and ensure that we and our families remain safe, healthy, and comfortable. Here are 30 non-food items that you should stock up on before everyone starts looking for them over the summer:

PLEASE DON'T FORGET YOUR PETS! Be sure your furiends always have a collar with ID tag including your contact info (cats too) and are microchipped. Here are some ideas for your pet bug-out bag or home emergency stash: - carrier large enough for pet to move around as they may have to stay in it for awhile (some are collapsible to save room). - collar, harness (escape-proof for cats), leash. - poop bags. - portable litter box , litter. - pet safe cleaning wipes. - portable food/water bowls. - dry & canned food, can opener - enough for 1 week minimum. - Treats & toys. - grooming tools - for ex., comb, brush, waterless pet shampoo. - suitable clothes, for ex., jacket/sweater, cooling bandanas, hat, boots. - goggles or sunglasses to protect eyes. - flea/tick medication. - pet 1st aid kit (you can make it yourself) & 1st aid booklet.* - calming medicine or herbs. - copies of shot & other vet records, veterinary contact information. - extra meds if needed (rotate these). Usually vet will give these if you ask. - portable bed/blanket (include one that your pet uses so it's familiar). - emergency blanket. - muzzle. *Red Cross has a pet emergency first aid app for cell phones. NOTES: Have a list of pet friendly hotels & shelters written down (many government emergency shelters do NOT allow pets). IN CASE YOU NEED TO LEAVE IN A HURRY, PRACTICE BUGGING OUT WITH YOUR PETS SO THEY DON'T FREAK OUT IF/WHEN IT HAPPENS. Stay safe, tails up! - B., ARCH Pet Sanctuary, AZ

Water purification pool shock and alum will do the same as these products for a lot cheaper. I prefer water filters like Sawyer squeeze. Solar, there's a lot of garbage out there. This is fantastic ELECOM NESTOUT Portable Solar Panel, it's 18 w and instead of charging your cell phone in a day it'll do it in an hour. Hand crank radios will break in a week. Get a CC Radio that will cost you about $200 and then buy a charger that you can plug into your solar and buy a bunch of sony enloop batteries that will recharge well over a thousand times each and come fully charged. While convenient, can openers are not necessary. Scrape the can on concrete and do figure eights with the can lid for about 2 to 3 minutes vigorously and it'll open. Lanterns I've never seen a better Lantern than the ELECOM NESTOUT Outdoor Camping LED Lantern and battery setup with the 18w solar

Only 485 000 people die of unclean water? That should be 485 000 000! Preferable in Asia, Arfika and Central Amerika!

She is really a good investment advisor. I was privileged to attend some of her seminars. That is how I started my crypto investment

The Bible says Passover of the New Covenant. I follow the Word not man. What good is solar power without the sun. SMH!

Our congress has no idea how we Americans are feeling, we individuals are fed up with this treasonous administration. I feel for people with disabilities for not getting the help they deserve... Thank you Sarah Hudson.. imagine i invested $4,000 and received $6,550 in 4days.

Firstly as a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. I'm guided by a widely known crypto consultant, same Sarah Hudson mentioned over the top comment

Same here, I operate a wide - range of investments with help from my financial advisor. My advice is to get a professional who will help you, plan and enhance your management skills. For the record, working with Sarah Hudson, has been an amazing experience.

Get a CC Radio that will cost you about $200 and then buy a charger that you can plug into your solar and buy a bunch of sony enloop batteries that will recharge well over a thousand times each and come fully charged.. a can opener while convenient, is definitely not necessary. Just scrape the cans lid on the concrete in figure eights until it opens. 2 to 3 minutes will do
