I think the one hope for Great Illuminary location is Alice Growing Girl. She gives ALL your characters support while she is on board. So maybe a Ruby Sapphire locations deck that is using Jim Hawkins to play locations and Tuk tuk to move your characters to the locations could be a huge help.

Merlin in Blurple with items and Magika could be awesome. Because you could search for your 6 or 7 cost items or magika. to make sure you can consistently get the combo.

If your grab your sword with a character, and it hits at least 3 characters Robin Hood becomes a 3 cost

I hope the ratigan shift target has an ability where you deal 2 damage to one of your own characters to draw a card. Like a reverse Julia. Because he's the boss that doesn't care about his minions or will even feed them to his cat. And then you could even self damage before shifting to let him gain the extra attack. Although I think most wouldn't bother shifting and just plus from him and rapunzel

For the sapphire location it's pretty good with Alice from rise of the floodborn which can give other characters support. While having 2 Alice's in play giving each of them support and being able to potentially quest for 6 once when Alice has 10 or more strength from the support.

I am interested to see if Ratigan can help out Ruby's other theme of being rewarded off of characters with high strength doing things.

I would put Remember Who You Are in my discard deck. I’ve had plenty of times where I’ve had nothing and my opponent has a bunch of cards where this could have really put me back in the game.

Blue purple will absolutely be a deck next set. That Elsa will be good getting out turn 3 to deal with Diablo. Plus all the merlin and mim cards. That hexwell card with magica de spell and like you said with Lucky dime will be gross.

Why are there so many repeat characters and why is donald getting another legendary? Might skip out on this set outside of a few singles. Last set was very meh so this isnt a good sign for the game honestly.

They are still in the “spin up.” Pulling people in with some of the most famous characters. Once they have their targeted “number” of purchases they will open the creative floodgates. It’s a very Disney scheme

I agree, I'm already teetering on the edge of getting out of the game. Not just due to characters, but mostly how unpleasant the current meta is. I don't even want to play this coming tournament event, I'm 50/50 I may just go and play the unpleasant tournament or I will pass on it and take my happy ass into work instead. Just want to play something anti meta.
