Just one clarification regarding Cena and his theme song. It is not "copying", it is called SAMPLING, and it is a music making technique popularized by the first electro and hip-hop DJ"s back in the 70's, where the producer takes small excerpts from songs, usually drum loops,. vocal chops, or even a section altogether, and repurpose it (along with other elements or samples) to produce a new original record. This is basic modern music history by now, so kinda "botchy" from a "journalistic" perspective to call it "copying"

Old JR really saved heymans ass lol. The wrestling world gets so weird.

John Cena actually got the hand gesture from Tony Yayo who in a video was tryna hide so he put his hand in front of his face and shook his head as a dance and Cena did the reverse
@xVDRx
11 ай бұрын
Kind of. Cena's brother was doing it while listening to Cena's new theme. Cena asked what he was doing, his brother explained it was the Tony Yayo thing. Cena took the dare to do it on live TV. Cena changed it up a little bit by moving his hand instead of his head. Yayo was on the run for passport fraud at the time and didn't want to be easily identified in music videos.
I noticed Mox and Bryan Danielson both cutting themselves with razors in AEW at different times. It was taped to their wrists and happened quick. Only someone with a trained eye would catch it. Pay attention when they bleed. Usually they pass the razor to the ref who conceals it in their pocket 👆🏽🤐
Great video. John Cena's theme song didn't copy three songs, it sampled three songs. His whole schtick was that he was a hip hop artist and freestyle rapper, it makes sense for him to have a traditionally hip hop track as his music, and hip hop is based on sampling.

I didn't realise Shayne (Biff) and Chris died on the same day. I remember both of theirs' first match and loved them working together.
Fact is nobody could see Swagger as Championship material, he was a generic Kurt gimmick.....Though i do think when he pinned Randy in the Elimination Chamber there was a small opportunity where he could've been a star....then he gave dolph a concussion, whixh then lead to later the best MITB cash in on Raw.
I always assumed Cena got “You Can’t See Me” from 2Pac. (2Pac has a song called U Can’t C Me). Wrestling and Hip Hop have been borrowing from each other for decades.

The sneezing thing is called the fight-or-flight response, and almost every single animal on Earth does that in some way. Human beings especially. Let's say you had to go to the bathroom worse than you ever have before in your life, and someone decided to mess with you in such a way that requires you to need to decide if you should run, or stand your ground. That extreme need to use the bathroom with absolutely disappear in an instant.

A little reminders that wrestlers are not like your typical bodybuilding influencers. they're workers who risk their bodies and their life for our entertainment and to provide for their families. So wrestlers have to make sure they are able to do their work effectively as possible

Have to clarify something you got wrong. 8:58 It was not Arn Anderson who said that to Mark Calloway, it was Ole Anderson. Ole was the promoter. Arn was only a wrestler/manager. Arn had nothing to do with that whatsoever.
Knowing what matches Teddy Long liked booking makes me think that black bag either had a Tag title in there or a 1 on 1 MATCH WITH THE UNDERTAKER! HOLLA HOLLA!
My dad worked with one of Brocks friends and Brock and Sable came to his work and visited them. This was maybe 2007? Anywho, my dad called us and had my sister bring me and our step siblings to meet him and him and Sable were the sweetest! And they of course took a picture with us kids! ❤
After so long I’ve realized all the facts are his different shorts, tik toks, or they were made at different times but not always
Most wrestling boots actually add a inch to a inch and a half too the height allready without a lift added just thought you shoulda mentioned that along with the lifts added too the boots

The dance Jeff Hardy does swinging his arms and bouncing looks kinda ridiculous to me but hes done it so long you cant see anyone else do it and not know that its his cringey moves.
The Hogan Brother thing is funny as hell cause I worked with a guy that called everybody Buddy and I asked him why and he said that he had so many delivery helpers thru the years and even in the same summer some years so he just started calling everybody Buddy
You need to include the time Andrae the Giant taught Bam Bam Bigelow a lesson in the ring because of his incessant bragging about his income backstage.
Ive watched wrestling my whole life and nothing has ever been more exciting than Hulkamania/RoddyPiper WWF days..
Another trick we would do to open up our airways and breath better which also cleared our sinuses and allow us to hear moves being called more clearly is to put a little vapor rub around the nostrils and upper lip.
