Last week I did these workout for only 20 mins n My sweat dripping 👍🏽👍🏽 This week I have managed to finish the entire workout n I m so happily done. Yeah I did take seconds break in between so that I can finish every single workout eventually 😅😅

Thank you for this workout. What I love the most was, it wasn't repetitive at all. I get bored very easily, so I have to do 4 times the same repetitions I loose the interest. This workout was great for my Friday fitness routine. I agree with some of the viewers, we need more!
