The FINAL workout in this METCON Challenge! Today's workout takes everything you've done over the last two weeks and puts it all together in a challenging, full body conditioning workout.

It looks like this:
✔️ 4 Full Body Metabolic Conditioning Exercises (squats, push ups, swings, rows)
✔️ Complete 10 Repetitions of Each Exercises x 10 Sets
✔️ For a Total of 100 Repetitions Per Exercise

    Lindsey and Rachel, I am an almost 59 yrs old and I just completed the 100 pushups from my toes!!!! You two have no idea what you have helped me through. My husband of 35 years died suddenly on Dec 27 of a massive heart attack while we were sleeping. My 7 kids and I are aching but God has surrounded us with love from our community. I had been working out when he died and went for 5 days with out even thinking about it. Then on Jan 1st during another sleepless night, I heard the bing of the new program going live. This is the first time I have ever completed a whole program but knowing another workout was was coming each day, has helped me get through these difficult days. God has been sustaining me spiritually, and you two have helped me with the mentally to forget where i am at and just sweat for a short while. thank you...denise

    May the Lord continue to sustain you as you grieve during this incredibly difficult time! “Blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted.” I lost my dad a year ago January 8th and I am sure that he along with many others welcomed your husband into the joy, peace and presence of the Lord.     I did all 100 push ups on my toes! On push up day I did every other ten on my toes/ knees. So excited I could do them all on day 10!!

    Proud of myself for completing this workout! It was hard, but I pushed myself! I still can’t believe I did 100 burpees last week. That was definitely my proudest moment of the program! Thank you Lindsey and Rachel for always pushing us!

    I DID ALL 100 FROM MY TOES!!!! i was so scared and intimidated by this program and was worried every day I would fail, but I did all of it and I feel so stinkin strong. Cannot believe I'm now a woman who does push ups! Thank you so so much, couldn't have done it without y'all.

    Holy stinkin bananas! My friends and I competed this workout this morning. So proud of us. We crushed all 10 rounds in 21 minutes. We went into it worried we’d have to stop and take much longer but didn’t! Those 100 seconds of burpees! We are so much stronger than we know.! 😊

    I had to start the program a week late due to 3 weeks of rsv, and inflamation in my ribs from all the coughing. I'm a lot slower than you two, so when you were on your finishing your 3 round I was just starting my 2nd. So I switched to some music. It took me over an hour, but I got all my reps in (plus 10 trips up and down the steps to the kitchen counter for incline pushups.) I then switched back to the video and like a mad man decided to do some dead bugs... and glute bridges, while the video played in the background. My insanity continued because I thought, "let's keep with the spirit of the program and go to 100 of each of these too". Was on my 4th set when I found out about the bonus round, but I was commited. Very tired, very sore, and very proud. Thank you everyone at nml for the hard work you put into this channel. And I am absolutely amazed you filmed more than one of these workouts of this program per day.

    Just over here in TEARS finishing that. SO much stronger now than I was when I started! My victory: finishing this with my 15’s the whole way through! I started NML work outs with FIVES and to see the growth through every program has been amazing. Doing this one again so I can be even more stronger!

    I am late to the MetCon party, but I just finished Day 10 today! I need that sweatshirt because Holy Bananas is right! I almost bailed when I heard 100 of everything and 10 sets. Gasp!! So glad I forged forward - it was killer and I was able to complete all of it with no modifiers (minus the burpees at the end - those were modified!) this whole series will be a repeat for me! I've followed you for a while Lindsay and as a pelvic floor physical therapist I really appreciate the time, effort and attention you put into these workouts with the additional focus on pre-and postpartum mommas! Way to educate! And I love miss Rachel too - you both are a joy and thank you for the motivation! Happy to finally be an "official member!" Many thanks!!

    Ok WOW! When you said what the workout was I said "WHAT?!" to myself! But then I did it all and all 100 pushups from my toes!! I truly feel like I worked past a mental block this morning! Loving the sore body and the sweat dripping! Thanks for helping us mommas feel strong and capable to tackle everything today from a bin of laundry, to a two year old that might not want to obey, with grace and virtue :) You guys are truly a blessing!     You guys!! I did 4 push-ups in a row from my toes! That is amazing! I couldn't even do 1 when I started Round 1 all those weeks ago. I am 43, 5'7" and 140lbs. I've been active (but not this active) for a while now since having 4 babies in 5 years. After doing 4 rounds of Metcon, I thought I'd look at my stats. I haven't lost a single pound and after measuring, I've only changed my measurements a smidge. But....I can tell I am stronger and my kids and husband are proud of me. And Im proud of me. I'm showing them determination and stick-to-it-ness even when it seems like nothing is changing. I eat healthy and take time with God and His Word. So, there isn't much else I can do. So, I celebrate the wins I see and can't see and keep going. This was the first round I did all 10 days with 5 days in a row and 2 off. So, that is a win. Be back next Monday for round 5...and hopefully heavier weights (those 10 pounders were like feathers for the squats and rows!)

    Just finished this one today - still sore from day 8! Lifted heavier than ever before, and even did 110 of everything because I was able to get a bit ahead.     I did it!!🎉 completed the 2 weeks. To be honest there were a few that weren't my favorite, but I did it and finished each day feeling FANTASTIC. By today I was tired and sore , previewed what the workout was and said...I'm NOT doing that, then my inner Lindsey & Rachel kicked in and YES I CAN! I DID IT! ALL 100 push up from the toes. Now I will admit I paused the video during push ups because I couldn't keep up, but I did it.

    A week late starting this because of respiratory virus. I was intimidated by the name of the program but loved every single workout! I CAN do this. Turned 57 yesterday and preparing for my 2nd Boston Marathon. This program is going to help me improve on my time from last year. Thank you so much for all your workouts!     A great way to end the program. I would start my push-ups before Lindsey so I would get a few extra seconds to rest before the swings! 😄 Such a great program to build strength.     Since i knew what to do, i started before you guys did so when i finished you had another round to go so i did it with you which means i did 110 reps of everything today!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 I almost died during the burpees though lol!! 😆😅 This program was amazing cant wait to repeat it next week!!!     @santinashumway5896 - I did the same thing - and felt the same way! I just completed this today (one week behind), and I thought the burpees would be the end of me! I even said out loud, "Please tell me we are close to 10 seconds!" Way to go - keep up the great work!

    I must say that I have done a lot of workout programs in my 42 years of life. With that being said, this was the most effective. Like the two of you said, the moves were simple, but tough. I loved this Metcon 100 format! I hope to see more of these workout challenges. Thank you Lindsay and Rachel! By the way, when I went to Costco today to get cases of sparkling water, I felt like I was lifting up air. This is coming from a person who had a dislocated and frozen shoulder at the same time in 2019-2021. I feel stronger and sore in a good way 😂!

    My victory is completing this workout! I was super intimidated by it, but I did it. It was sweaty and fast but I am proud and feel like an actually made progress on my pushups! Still doing them from my toes, but faster and stronger, which I never ever thought would happen! Pushups are something I always struggle with, so thank you for pushing me to get better!

    This workout was such a great way to finish a really challenging program because it showed me how much more I can do than I think I can!     Had to be a voice for all the dads out there! My wife has loved NML, and I've worked out with NML off-and on. With 4 kids, we have to fight to make time to workout, but with baby #5 on the way I know I needed to prioritize my physical & mental strength more if we're going to do this thing right. This Metcon program was just what I needed-just turn it on and go. I did 2 or 3 of the Metcon videos a week, so I just completed all 10 in January. Thanks NML for making it "easy" for me to be the healthiest version of myself! Looking forward to February!

    I have just celebrated my 60th birthday and thought what a great way to celebrate my 60th year by doing this workout. I did all the reps but included in each round 10 burpees as it was wrong not to...right! 😂😰 The amount of sweat was insane but I actually loved this workout and felt a sense of pride for completing 100 reps of each exercise, including the burpees. I used 15kgs dumbbells or 33lbs throughout, and although I feel sore, I feel good. I loved this series and have subscribed. Now, checking out your channel as to what to do next🤔, which has a vast selection and spoilt for choice. Thank you for putting out good quality and different challenging workouts, which definitely push you to become better and fitter.. I am looking forward to working out again with you soon 💪🏾

    My 12-year-old daughter decided to join me on day 10 of MetCon! We killed it together! Thank you for an awesome 2-week program! I had fun helping her on her kettlebell swings form. It's all about the pelvic thrusts 😂 I kept saying ridiculous stuff like pop-it, slam it...she told me, "Mom, please stop..." while laughing...😂

    Only one minute in and I’m crying inside. But seeing the comments I can do this! Love seeing how much stronger I am than I think! My victories: 60 push-ups on my toes! Finished the 100 a little ahead of schedule! The burpees kicked my butt though 😂 also decided it proved to me that I need to invest in 15lb weights because 10s were too light and 20s too heavy. Final thoughts I loved the style of this workout it flew by! Despite being drenched in sweat at the end! 😅

    Day 10 is in the bag along with the New Year program! I made it through aoo 100 of each one with the 2 bonus and I can't even explain how much I have lovee this 2 weeks of workouts!     I LOVE your workouts! I am so glad I found you! I have been doing HIIT workouts for the last couple of years, and I haven’t found anyone I like until now!
