30 Minute Lower Body Dumbbell Tabata Workout [ADVANCED// LOW IMPACT]
Tap in with us for a Lower Body Dumbbell Tabata Workout! We broke up this workout into 5 groups of 3 strength/HIIT exercises that target the the quads, hamstrings, glutes, inner thighs and calfs. All you need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells (I used 10# and 15# dumbbells, but feel free to go lighter/heavier). This workout is advanced, so please slow down the movement or drop weight as a modification. After your workout, drop a comment and let us know how you did! 🔥

Perfect work out for people with ADHD. You get the repeats, but mixed up in shorter sets so you don’t get bored, but you still get a consistent workout. Love it!

Holy moly that was tough! After the second group my legs felt like wet noodles but feels so good to know I got through it! Those hamstring walks were a killer at the end. Working out with you guys is now the favorite part of my morning, even before coffee❤❤❤!! I get bored with my workouts pretty quick but the variety you offer helps keep me interested and engaged. Keep feeding us this amazing content!
This workout was🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! Toya I did this workout yesterday morning and last night I felt the soreness kicking in. This morning...😫😫😫😫! Week 4 Day 1 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: I was not ready for this workout. Toya you got me with this one. This was a great workout. I was sweating and even used 5lb & 8lb weights. I stuck to the 5lbs mostly due to some lower back pain. I will definitely be doing this one again to see if I can keep up. I liked the groups/sets with repeats, It gave me a chance to improve the move as best I could.
Great workout, amazing burn!! I did the stretch that came with this workout in the challenge and I feel so good. I was never big on stretching, but I can really see why it's so neccessary. Thank you 💪🏾

My favorite workout! If you don’t like something, you are done with it in 20 seconds… lol. Also the music was SO 🔥🔥🔥(especially groups 3 & 4)!!! It’s a preference for me & makes me happy I can play it around my child! Did this mostly with 25s 💪🏾💪🏾

Summer Ready Challenge: Week 4, Day 1 - I'm trying to be better at drinking enough water. So, my personal challenge (me vs. me) today is to go "guzzle" some water (more than usual) after this workout. FYI: Groups 3 & 5 were the hardest for me but overall, I'm definitely less sore than last week. I choose to believe that means I'm getting stronger. :)

Week 4, Day 1 [15/05/23]; Workout completed! How bittersweet it is to be in the last week, being so excited for having made it for the challenge and finishing strong, thinking of the first day me and how I had no idea I'd get this fat in this me vs me, again. but realizing the challenge is finishing and it feels so soon haha. I really love the "you are your only competition" because I'm absolutely winning. This one was HARD, but we made it!
