I have been working out with KZread workout videos since the pandemic, along with four other ladies (55 yrs old and over) and your videos are by far one of the best. The workouts are not rushed, which avoids injury; they're informative, which helps us be aware of our form and gain knowledge of the muscles we are working. You both do a great job in presenting and are transparent. I appreciate how "real" you are and how you help others feel comfortable regardless of their level.
