ello! a 12 year old dancer here, and i use this video on my off days!!! love the workout, simple but makes me break a sweat. awesome!!
really good for people who used to do ballet-- something to improve on a lot but doesnt make you feel bored (i put mine to .75x speed though lol!)
I am in my fifth decade of teaching and performing dance. Appreciate the short length and the content: perfect for my stage of life , age, and backround. Just right!
I'm getting back into ballet and love this for exercise, and something to work toward but not totally unattainable!! Thank you!!
This is exactly what I learn in ballet class! She knows what she is talking about!
I love how quick and efficient this was! I broke a sweat!

Thank you Robyn for being so supportive! 😊 and yess love a good challenge!
Can I ask what type of ballet your trained in? Russian/Balanchine/Italian/etc? I’m new to ballet so that might not be the right way to ask, I’m just trying to get a feel for the different types. Thank you! 🌸
LOVE THIS

Thank you for calling out the moves the entire time. I can never memorize anything fast enough.
Warm up Plies releves Tendu first Tendu 5th pas de cheval Jette Rand de jambes Fondu Grand battement
I've never understood why teachers call out combinations to the class - while we are doing the exercise. How can we learn how to remember - when it's always called out? Plus the voice can sound like a hammer, completely wrecking the music.

Thank you for making this good observation! I remember wondering about the same thing as a student - the answer I would give now is that not everyone catches the combos the same way or at the same speed, often it's more important to make sure you are delivering a class that was executed at everyones best ability, rather than have many people worrying too much about remembering the sequence of the steps. Advanced levels should be able to remember the combinations very quickly, but as for an intermediate level it's easy that they will focus too much on what's coming next instead of thinking about the quality of their movements and a clean execution. :)

@@sarafrazzetta Interesting perspective. I'm thinking I might just do everything 4 times en croix next time I'm faced with that choice, lol. It could work! Then later it's time to start working on remembering stuff.
I have a no idea that why I can't see this video.. :'(
I need help with my routine can I email you?
