Really enjoyed that! We are very lucky in South Wales, great walks and scenery right on our doorstep. Makes me want to get my shoes on and go for a walk myself! I’ve always wondered exactly where the Sanchez house was. I half expected you to show it as I know it’s not far from Mackintosh Place. Was it Moy Road or Dalcross Street?

Really enjoying the vlogs. Cool to see places I know. Haven't been down Cardiff for months thanks to the rona. Living with a vulnerable person so keeping as isolated as possible. Looking forward to taking the bike out for a ride down the bay and back.

Matt have you ever done a Kambo ceremony? A few things you mentioned in this Vlog about old habbits and not liking the winter i have felt this a lot myself. These ceremonies have proper helped me, its like a massive reset to the system. Brilliant!

Sleep When You're Dead Tattoo & Barbers my mates got a Jack Russell and his mate was doing a marathon in full army kit, he took the Jack Russell, it sat down on exactly 22 mile and wouldn’t budge, the army dude had to carry him for the last 4+ mile 🤣🤣

You walked past my house ha Wales is small ey, I live by the stadium so will go check out your mates caff! I will be eating real food tho I stopped being vegan after 3 months because it's a dangerous diet bro , the road to hell is paved with good intentions and being vegan leads to serious health issues (redundant words to you I know)
