I used the general braiding hair for this style. Had it laying around in the package. So BAM! It worked like a charm. Mine came out great. Only, thing I should have left some hair out to wrap around my base. But I did put a decorative hair bungee around the base to match my outfit. I braided my hair right along with u sis! I noticed that to when i used the edge control for my edges. And that was good rubberband method for the ponytail because that gold thin rubberband is not it lol. Thank your the tutorial

Hello! I would honestly choose a protective style that you don’t have to style everyday! A low manipulation style is best for growing your hair out! Also if you wear a ponytail in the same spot for a long period of time, the hair in that area can weaken! ♥️♥️♥️

Hey! The only time it’s really necessary to do that is when the braid is braided tightly & it is stiff. you also do that for a more clean crisp braid. I didn’t need to because of how loosely I braided it so it wasn’t stiff at all.

Of course lol I always shampoo my hair after taking down a style in which a product was used. Especially hair spray bc it contains alcohol & dries the hair out.
