Loved happily in professional and personal life working only 2 shifts and remaining time with family. Not misused the fans for his advantage and he used to advice the fans to concentrate on their goals and studies. Educated friends and fans about the money value and wise investments. Made several donations and not interested in publicity. Perfect gentle man, humble and lived down to earth though he is the richest. Always committed to his words and no group politics and retired from films when he was in demand. Taken care of his employees and their families too. He used to overtime to all his employees in those days too. He is perfect role model for money management and man management. Chandramohan doesn't know man management and unable to take care of his properties.

But sobhan and chandramohan didn't take any such advantage from govt. It's their hard earned money and wise investments. But Murali mohan is misused and earned with CBN support and become binami.

You should know, infrastructure is required for development of country. Agriculture land is going to be used for farming only. Land is going to be costly as demand is increases due to increase in population. India can't become China where no private property exist.

What u want. It's their hard earned money and their wise investments and they can utilize as per their wish. Sobhan is real estate business and giving employment to several people and tax paying to govt. They are not wasting their investments. You too can earn good money if you have skills. Politicians are earning by cheating the people, what you say
