@@user-qx4qg6kr4x мойва как раз и не водиться в Черном море! Она рыба севера ! Может вы имели ввиду Хамса ! То да это рыба из черного моря! Но возле Галатского моста есть видов 15 на данный момент рыбы что готовят в ресторанах! А Сочи не готовят так даже хамсу , хотя сейчас сезон этой рыбки вкусной !

Maybe it’s just me but the fact that this food is being mauled by many hands is really putting me off. Plus a lot of the meat is chopped up too small and overcooked, to hide the fact it’s often cheap, tough cuts used. Rather than concentrating on a quality piece of meat cooked well and not fiddled with. I don’t like too many hands touching what l eat for hygiene alone, but then l rarely eat street food for this reason. The chap making lahmacun with raw meat and then handling the cooked ones without washing his hands made me feel ill; that’s food poisoning in action. On a positive note, they do wonderfully decadent things with butter, that’s why I’d love to go to Trabzon. Kunefe and pride are also a must as well.
