At the end of the Plinth Beam each, should be 90° bend of 8 inches.
There should be use of Vibrator in Plinth Beam, honey comb is easily visible.

Sir, Can we use stones or AAC blocks in place of bricks in column based house structure and if yes, how and how much more stronger foundation it will become? And is using AAC blocks for full house in Delhi will give more strength and will our house becomes more cool in summers compared to fly ash bricks?

This is frame structure plus load bearing according to client requirements....as you said that only frame structure....
Anchorage is not given on any beams
There is not L bent in footing net, centre to centre difference is too high

That depends on the pressure on the footing.
3 मंजिला घर का फाओंडेशन करना है। क्या हम जमीन से गहराई 4 फीट तक कर के और जमीन से ऊपर भी 3 फीट मिट्टी की भराई कर सकते है, जिससे हमारा फुटिंग 7 फीट हो जायेगा और उसके बाद प्लिंथ बीम बना लें। क्यों की मेरा जमीन रोड़ से 3 फीट नीचे है।
