Thanks for the idea. This was perfect. I did basically the same thing but put benches all the way around and installed a pickup truck tonneau cover to keep water and amimals out.

Love it, love it! My brilliant older sister has a theory about "cost per use": the more you use something, the less it costs despite what you paid initially. A $30 sandbox used 100 times (easily) is $3 per use. Pretty good, I'd say.

I have to believe that the grand total was more than $30 when you include the stain, landscape fabric and sand (unless you already had some of those materials). Nice simple project though.

Hey Anna! If your intrested in keeping in contact with your community and talk about builds and projects and share your plans ect! Make a discord! It's a chatroom and even have voice chat in it! It has a PC version and an App for your phone! It's free and it very popular! Look in to it! And maybe watched a few videos on how to set it up and work it!
