This is staggering, this game has so many QoL features that really saves a lot of time for doing something simple, such a godtier game for being Early Access, the devs really know what they're doing, who knows what lies in the future of Necesse will be, definitely getting this game.

This is the only game I wouldnt mind paying more for. $6 on the summer sale for this game is criminal.

I feel that this has the perfect mix of Rim World's management mechanics along with Terraria's gear progression + Advanced but Friendly and Useful User Interface and Crafting i've never seen in a game

I just bought this game last night. Unbelievable the amount of detail in a game under 10 that flys so low under the radar

That storage renaming trick using the image can be done multiple times in the same string, and interspersed with text, so something like "[ore image] / [bar image]" is possible if you want to signify that both ores and bars should go into the same chest.

A great way to get money is to sell stone paths to the pawnbroker. They provide 500 gold a stack, and you can get stone easily with a couple of explosives. This works with all the paths. The moment you have acces to lava, you can trash your axe. Placing a lava bucket next to or on a tree will break it instantly and give you its drops, and if you place it on it the wood wont even burn!

I found an even easier (and less tedious) way to make money, farm the void wizard, as he always drop 25 void shards, you can always craft more Void callers (his summon item), you just need some spare gold, silver or copper to make demonic bars. Also if you have summon items for the first boss, he drops 12 demonic bars to craft the void callers. But it's good to know that if I'm clearing an area for an arena I making profit!

I am loving this game. A bucket 🪣 ( you get a infinite one after doing a few quest from the elder) of water can be used to place water. I made a man-made fishing area for my fisherman. 🎏 Like in Zelda OoT!

I just picked this game up on sale and have been enjoying it! These tips are just what I needed! Have a sub!

Landfill with paths give you a nice little bridge effect too!

yes! ive used landfull to make a jetty / dock for my anglers house on the water. Found out an infinite water bucket acts as infinite landfill too :D

@@haydex_gaming Two month necro sorry! Using a filled water bucket on the tile next to a tree will insta mine the tree. Entire forests can be cleared in seconds!

Side note... if you get the infinite water bucket, you can turn the entire map into land and get a bunch of hunters for a LOT of rabbits, or farmers for farms. I've done this, turns out the money engine is real.

Is there a way to use a specific food or potion from your inventory? Without using all of them at once and without moving them to your hot bar?

You can click the item to grab the item and then just click them anywhere out of the inventory to use them. They don't have to be in the hotbar and that way you can choose which one to use.

Started an hour ago with the game. Good game so far. got killed by the vampire 3 times so far. Feels like Rimworld and Terraria which is also my favorite. Good tips. The settlement tips will be helpful. No iron so far. how far does the touches need to be to prevent spawning?

not sure on exact radius but remember you can use the hotkey to place torches :D

If i do not have there bed or food in the zone, do they still take it from somewhere or do i need to provide them with food and stuff?

If they are in a restricted zone they won't be able to take or use anything from outside of it. So make sure they have access.

@@haydex_gaming Hmm :( i was thinking about a little bit logistic with a central storage and some dop of and craping points. But it would only work with restrictet areas. But than i would have the need to Hand deliver food to them :(

This game has like tons of feature. It's hard to believes for small game like this

will you do an episode with some tips and tricks that are not very easy to find out, like 13 was the only thing i didn't expect since ive never seen something like that and one tip is spawning the first boss from elder quest in a villlage (not urs) because the guards will go do all the work while yku can dodge

Most likely I will and yes that tip also works for the ancient vulture as he can be spawned outside too! So just find a desert settlement

as additional information if you launch the game with the "'-mod" parameter you will gain access to the mod loader

@@haydex_gaming I haven't found any mods yet, but the files do contain a folder labeled modLoader with a sample mod (the sample does nothing. it appears to only be able to be detected though)

Yes you need a shovel to dig them up :) Otherwise if you wanted a waterhole just use a bucket of water on the tile. If you want to fill the water then use a landfill item

yes, animal tamers. You can find them randomly when they show up, otherwise search multiple other settlements/towns to find one. Then just hire them. You will need to have beaten a certain boss (i believe void wizard) before you will accept to be hired

4. doesnt work tho, i have placed a settlement flat (white thingy) and my villagers attack me when i accidentally hit them.

Make sure you haven't unclaimed your settlement Go to the flag then the first tab. Also make sure you have hired them too

The Wood Boat is a mount item used to travel across water. It can either be placed in water or used from mount slot. It costs 8 logs of any wood type to build.
