I didn’t have any almond milk or yogurt for the strawberry/Mango smoothie. I added some Rum Chata - DELISH !

I just use frozen fruit and milk to make my smoothie. I don’t add anything else to it.1 cup of frozen fruits to 3 cups of milk. The frozen fruits becomes basically your ice. I also want to learn more recipes then what been passed down. Technically that smoothie recipe was my great great grandmother’s when she got pregnant.

I added half cup of watermelon juice in the mango strawberry smoothie And omg was it AMAZING!!

Is there an alternative to coconut yoghurt in your recipes? I hate the coconut flavour and am dairy free too, so need an alternate if you can suggest one. I’m in australia and our options are a bit limited where I live…thanks!
