OMG, I love this video!!!!!💚 I'm much older than these ladies and I shaved my head in 2020. I got tired of covering the bald spots with weaves and braids. Because of the shutdown salons were closed and I decided No More. Today I experienced a look of disgust from a coworker and this video snapped me out of my shame. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU💚

In a way that they are detached from the sickness called "Validation".

I had my hair shaved 1 month again & cried with happiness. I am just learning how to care & shave it myself, since it cost over 50.00 at the barber shop! I cannot afford to keep paying that, plus a tip. I am starting to cut my own this week. I am open to any tips and or advice for my sistas. Thanks so much, beautiful queens!

Women really does bring out the beauty when women goes bald. The beauty comes out . I love women with a shaved head. I shave my head all the time. Been bald since 1975 . Now my head is all tattooed. I would love to date a lady with a bald head . BALD IS VERY BEAUTIFUL

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Their professions are also VERY accepting of creative hairstyles. That makes a huge difference. I think a bald white, latino or asian woman is much more rare than a bald black woman because whites, Latinos and Asians have the European standard of beauty. We (Black) were born standing whether our hair is short or long. There's NOTHING we can do short of bleaching, plastic surgery, weaves/ wigs and contacts to fit in. I just need to add ALL of the women on this piece are drop dead gorgeous. It takes a stunningly beautiful woman to rock a bald head. That's what my supervisor told me when I cut the relaxer out of my hair.

Beautiful Queen's, I am a bald woman also. I've been and still get stares! I get compliments more so from men! What matters to me is how I feel about myself! Embracing my baldness was a journey and guess what I'm better for it. I love myself and my family loves me, God loves me! Who else matters? Live and enjoy your life!

Not sure if this is how all guys work but (for me) it's A LOT easier to see a bald woman as an actual human being instead of a seductive mating object. What a strange illusion hair causes.

Why do I need to look like everybody else to be acceptable. There are at least 8 billion people in the world but only one of me. As Cecily Tyson said, “as I am”. I embrace me, I celebrate me. Finally i can look in the mirror at me with joy. It’s like I took off a heavy coat bc I’m different. I am different, finally I’m liberated

@@HipBeeWitch In the dating marketplace men hold the keys to marriage. Men pay, women are not the buyers. Oh you may feel confident bald, It may be the total truth. So when a man is looking for a woman. Beauty is the 1st thing that we see. Beauty is a woman’s agency. Confidence is the man’s job to become. If your hair adds to your body and face why not use the advantage. This is a competition, like it or not. So refuse to learn what men want. We are already buying stock in cat food.

@@KDH-oc4tx I’m confused because most men hollering about they want “ natural” . Which is it? I’ve had locs for 10 years and cut mine off. I may put on a lace front wig every now and then. I’m now bald and can rock it like no other. To be bald is definitely a different level of confidence. Everyone CANNOT pull that look off. I love it. It brings out my features and men tell me all the time. “ you’re rocking that cut”
