I never understand that too because most people don't wash their neck unless they have taken a bath and even then they clean their neck with a towel and have the toner pad tocuh the area then they spread it like eww, I always say face first neck/chect last.

So my mom has always told me that your face includes your neck. In regards to that, i always wash my neck and face together, and i also use my skuncare on both my face and neck ​@36526
