@@HurrikanEagle Aaron showed us you can get a red polyethylene cutting board just for the purpose. The scissors and bowl is so handy though. I feel more like I'm making Korean food if I use scissors and tongs to cook though. And throwing green onions around like beads at Mardi Gras....

I know I’m not the only one that screams “Claire” every time Aaron does🥴🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@AaronandClaire I did mess up one step, I usually cut my kimchi on my cutting board, not in a bowl with scissors. ... but it's my cutting board, not my mom's, so I'm okay with a couple of stains. 😅🤣

@@julesl6910 well if you keep at it your body will eventually adjust. A lot of people can't handle so much flavor at first, but with practice it gets easy to eat beautifully!

The volcano one and the noodle one - I am shook. I've made kimchi fried rice all my life - those two NEVER occurred to me AND THEY SHOULD HAVE. I adore noodles, I LOVE eggs. I will be making the volcano kimchi fried rice for lunch TODAY.

When you have those staple foods that are yummy, sometimes, it just never occurs to you to try reinventing it and making it something new. That was so simple, but turned out FANTASTIC.

I saw your original kimchi fried rice over a year ago and it became my favorite thing to make. I've been making it with mexican chorizo instead of bacon and using green salsa to garnish too. Kimchi fried rice is the best!

This has happened twice now: I make myself a nice lunch (today, it was kimchi fried rice), and MERE HOURS later, A+C uploads a new video on how to make it better. It's not a joke anymore, fellas. He's in your houses, your minds, everywhere. He knows there's no green onion in your fridge just as Santa claus knows when you're sleeping. Stay on your toes, he could be around any corner...

You definitely got a finger wag and verbal kicking there for not adding green onions to the volcano kimchi rice..! But I loved how enthusiastic Claire was re the look and taste otherwise. You guys have such a great relationship & shared sense of humor... ;)

If I didn't know this channel better, I'd guess that the 3 ways to enjoy kimchi fried rice would be spoon, fork, and chopsticks. Kimchi rice is so good!

I'm going to make the udon version for lunch! I don't have ground pork, but *just use what you have in your kitchen* so I'm using ground beef. 🤞 UPDATE: this did not turn out well! Granted, I am not a master chef, so maybe the problem was my technique. Still: it tasted like Korean Hamburger Helper 😦
