1. Pound the ball (pounding the ball low helps) 2. Use your body (to protect the ball) 3. Swinging the ball (low or high)(it can bait) 4. Holding the ball stronger (cradling or wrapping the ball or sticking the ball onto your body)

The answer is it depends... the way I see it if you're playing against shorter opposition keep the ball high and if you're playing against taller opponents keep the ball low. But with that being said always good to mix up high/low with speed and tempo. Hope that answer your question Vishal! Keep balling
