These strategies make it very difficult for your opponent to concentrate on his own plan of attack/counter, should improve any ones kumite, great tips.oos

That "annoy" strategy explains alot... there was a black belt in my spar class that did stuff like that. what a cheeky guy lol

Haha.. it's a strategy that you do hear about a lot but is quite common.
I would love to hear what some of the next steps are that you use to control your opponent once you have set them up with these strategies.

Most definitely! The same way attacking leaves you open for counter attack. We need to be sure to practice so we know what might happen and what we can do about it.

That would drive me crazy too. If it is done intentionally, I would penalize her since, aside from just being annoying, it is technically neglect for her own safety.
