I lost my 77-years-old mother three weeks ago. She started complaining of brain fog in 2014 and we did some research and determined it was the result of the things you listed. Turns out we were wrong. She developed dementia and only lived another six years. Please take brain fog seriously. If you do experience brain fog, then make sure you are getting enough sleep, exercise every day, cut out junk food and processed food, cut back on sugar and salt, drink plenty of fluids, and have your thyroid hormone level checked. If you do not improve after doing those things, then make an appointment with a neurologist or dementia specialist to be evaluated and keep track of your cognitive function. Don't panic, just be proactive.

I don't know if it will help anyone, but I keep a colourful binder with a list of my daily tasks which I tick off as I do them. If a task comes along like an online meeting or anything, I write it in with a day, date and time to remind me. I also keep certain things like keys or my purse in my bag at all times so that I know where they are. If I take them out, I have to put them back in straightaway so that I don't forget. I also tick off how many drinks of water I have each day because I keep forgetting to drink enough. Thank you for this video :)

I am so grateful for this one. My journey into my last 12 months has been very hard on my brain. It feels like my brain got dipped in mud. I keep with my water and try to make sure I get sleep. But forget to do meditation and breaks in my day, even being home. I was enjoying the "Art of Puttering" but my to do list before summer heat is looming. Thank you again for your work and this lovely reminder. Any other tips on brain protection or just caring during this time would be great. Hugs!

Hi Mrs Peterson You could look into a book called Optimum Nutrition For The Mind by Patrick Holford as this has lots of information on how to keep your brain healthy. You should be able to get it on Amazon. Best Wishes Eileen

Excellent info as always, thanks for all your suppor!! I want you to ask you something, I am already in perimenopause, is normal to feel in a constant PMS? I mean, I feel like if I was almost to get the menstruation but not and the swollen body, digestive issues, also brain fog, bloating etc. are present all the time. Gynecologically I´m fine. Is this part of perimenopause? because it can be almost always this year that also menstruation is being less present, is this feeling going to change some time one day? On the other hand, I am taking HRT (the low dosis) because osteoporosis problem, not severe but is already present in lumbar, is this can help me to feel better of this issues? I have one month taking it but stilll feeling the symtoms, my endocrinologist prescribed it me. Thanks again for all your support! Wish I have near a doctor like you!

A.Vogel UK Mahalo I am on the mend and doing seitai shinpo acupuncture its amazing look it up. I see the master Cheiko in Hawaii. I was lucky she doesn’t take just anyone and you have to listen and breath she wants to hear it. She changed my life actually in many ways. But the brain tension release happens only from that no pills work. Amazing I go there with 10 head feels like its gonna burst and leave floating. Thank you GOD for her.
