best car chase ever for me personally was Bullitt with Steve McQueen cuz its 8 minutes long, what other movie has that. plus its a Stang baby, american muscle. totally concur about pouring an ounce of vino into the glass to suss it out before pouring a bigger portion. thats exactly what i did with the Chateauneuf du Pape tonight, it was outstanding, a super velvety smooth wine.

Hate I missed the chat tonight, Oisin, but the lady's birthday is this weekend. We went out for an evenin' cruise around town seeing everything that has changed since we met over 20 years ago, so it was time well spent. Cheers to the winners! Playing catchup and watching a bit of the stream now. Will probably have to finish it later. Already found the link to the Nostrano online, so at least I got that! lol
