EDIT: I found the game! It's called rot and it's the first video in Markiplier's 3 Scary Games #9! There's a game based on some video that has the "do you remember?" and "duck" phrases in it. It's a one word title and I remember watching Markiplier playing it years ago but I can't remember the name. In the scene the lady on the phone says "duck" to the player, they're in a car and suddenly bullets fly through the windshield. It's the same intonation that the person in this video when she talks.
