3 types of Decisions (that require 3 different approaches)

Inspired by James Clear's recent weekly email - the three types of decisions we take in our lives: hats, haircuts and tattoos
In Vistage we approach these 3 types of decisions with 3 different processes: intuition, judgement and perspectives

Excellent clarity. I would add: avoid making decisions on the basis you want to get away from something, rather make decisions based on where you want to go: the positive decision.

Very interesting. I like classifications with mnemotechnics. The message has a better chance to last. I will remember this rule of thumb from James Clear. Take a bow Conor. I didn't see your hat and tattoo but I understand. We share the same haircut and ideas.

Thank you so much, Conor for this deep insightful video. Sometimes, it’s really hard to gauge if this decision is a hair cut decision or a tattoo decision. Any thoughts on how to differentiate between the two?

Dear sir, If we committed to practising good corporate governance at the workplace, can this be a Tattoo decision?
