One day, when his stepfather went away for a few days, their landlord started to visit frequently. At first, nothing really weird happened. He just talked a lot about the bushes in the yard. But then he told them they had to leave the house as soon as possible. Things took a really disturbing turn when the landlord came again at night.

Story 3. Mindy greeted you like a long lost friend? That's a red flag right there. He should have been in business mode.
Story 1. You had so many days to move the cars. Always get things in writing. You have to have a witness or notary present for something in writing.
Great storytelling tone! Always put these kinds of vids on while doing other stuff.
Story 2. Why would you rent a mobile home or house without getting a set of keys?! When your rent is paid the place is yours! He blocked your door? That's false imprisonment. You didn't get a contract? That's a red flag right there! Nope. Pass on that place for all of the above.
If you have to go to a basement to wash your clothes only go during the day. If you don't want to stay in there while your clothes wash then stay nearby so you can watch the coming and going of others. On your case you'd be better off going to a piblic laundromat.
First story - although the landlord sounds crazy, he probably had a reason for kicking them out

Second story is too vague to understand what happened, at two key parts. When the landlord blocked the parents from the house while the kids were in it, was he trying to kick the family out? In the process of getting into the house for the kids but interrupted? Trying to rip off the family’s belongings? All unclear. Then, why did the family wait a WEEK to go back for their furniture and belongings? But bigger question is what was meant by landlord laying in bed and knife nearby which terrified the father and brother so the family fled? Was he dead? Was he alive but they felt threatened by the knife? Sounds like he was asleep though, or dead. If dead I get them being creeped out but why not take the papers and whatever belongings they came for? Frustrating story because too much id not properly explained.
