Here are three tips to make it easier:
Start from templates, there are plenty of options for you to only need to modify a couple fields.
Test blocks separated from your main automation, it allows you to manually trigger specific parts of your automation without having to run the whole process every time.
Simplify your process before you start automating, it is easier to simplify a process than it is to automate a complex one.
