3 tips when starting Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Semaglutide Or Tirzepatide!!

When someone first tells me they are starting one of these GLP-1 medications, these are the first 3 things I suggest to them! They may seem easy! But it can be hard to switch old habits! Be patient with yourself when you're starting!
If you're interested in getting on one of these medications, go to stan.store/KarliSine 🥰

I put on weight after becoming disabled and quitting smoking but need to lose 80lbs to get the surgery I need to walk again. I'm very excited and looking for any tips I can get to have the best possible outcome. I will check out more of your journey vids, Thanks!

After 6 one week doses at 0.25 lost 8 lbs. Also cut back on alcohol, that’s contributed. Symptom only a feeling of tired, fatigued, light headedness. Those have gotten less. Just upped to 0.50.

I’m starting demagnetize soon through amble. Realistically I only need to lose about 30-40 pounds so I don’t know if I’m going to actually need the full three months that amble is giving me. Do you have any tips or just helpful information for a first timer? It’s not something I plan to be on long term.

I had been on semaglutide since end of July and was doing well. Lost 30 lbs, but the nausea became too intense and I took a break for a few weeks. I decided to restart taking it again and got up to .5mg and nothing, no nausea, no appetite suppressant. I'm going to try .75 this week. I dont know why I havent been feeling anything this time. Your thoughts?

  • @KarliSine

Interesting! Well as you go up in dose your body becomes adjusted and effects will slow down the longer you're on the dose, meaning you'll need to go up in dose to see results again. But maybe doing Tirzepatide could be a good option. I've heard some people say that Semaglutide didn't work as well for them as Tirzepatide. Or! Just go up in dose. You'll have to let me know what you end up doing!! I'm interested to know!

I decided to order Tirzepatide to see if there's a differen ce. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't cover it, therefore it's pricey. @@lisamcallister6534 You clearly do not understand why there is a shortage. It's not because of all the people using it. If this was a case, the shortage would be worldwide (and it's not!!!). Call your congressman and tell them you want pharmacies to stop declining to sell the medicine you depend on because they won't make a large enough profit. This is why there is a shortage. @@lisamcallister6534 Many people getting their medications online are getting it from a compounding pharmacy, not the name brand medication. When my PCP prescribed it to me, I also had a difficult time getting the name brand stuff. There are other options out there that Diabetics can use to get their medications. The compounding pharmacies will bill your insurance if you are diabetic. Also, there are other reasons to use this medication such as cardiovascular issues that are compounded by the obesity. Don't judge what you don't know. These medications have many health benefits that go beyond diabetes.

My compounded Mounjaro is arriving today. I will not take it until Monday as we have a big family get together this weekend and I need to feel good. I am nervous like most people, afraid I won’t be able to give myself the shot (I’m going to use your thigh recommendation.) Dr. Stirrett has his patients (who are IR or pre-diabetic) start at .125 and when/if they need to move up, instead of just doubling the med, he has them do one shot twice a week because he notices feeling sick comes with increased doses. kzread.info/dash/bejne/d35k0LFph7SbZdI.htmlsi=0aT_HghfWG4MCjy8
