How you edit ma'am

I dont recommend zooming in as it make the quality go down instead just edit some backround blur or just like adjust the camera settings like change the focal lenghth (i dont use or shoot with iphone so idk much so yeah if you cant do any of the thing i said then i get it apple is known for being non innovative kinda nowadays)

1st is ok but second and third are captured on dslr or mirrorless

You can use Portrait Mode to blur the background or 3rd party apps like Focos, if portrait mode is not available.

Composition is also important. Take your time to compose your frame. Try following the tips on this video to get a similar effect.
