3 Tips For The PERFECT ROTATION || Hand Depth

Спорт

In this video Adam teaches you 3 Tips for the Perfect Rotation to the top of the golf swing. Many coaches preach to achieve a deeper swing, but with all things, there can be TOO much at times. Our student came into the session with too much hand depth at the top. His over rotation to the top lead to hooking of the golf ball. The tips that are taught in this video are proper hand depth, hands in the takeaway, wrist set and ways to practice these feels at the range.

I've watched so many golf instructors on KZread and it's done nothing but screw my swing up. I found your channel a week ago and have watched hours of your lessons. The way you teach makes so much sense, I now know what I've been doing wrong and am using your drills to fix it. You deserve millions of subscribers bro! Thank you so much!

Found your explanation in how the left hip moves back in the downswing and instantly hit the ball so solidly that it was frightening. I’m 70 years old and have played for 50 years and had never heard this before. Went from a 6 to a 3 in less than a month. If I didn’t live 3000 miles away I would be a regular at your facility. Thank you

This is good stuff. Always like his style of instruction. Seems like we’re talking the same language. I had been working on the “keep lead arm down foot line” but then he hit me with the “don’t lose wrist set” and I related immediately.

As far as the lessons are concerned I have no more words to express my appreciation; they are all pure gems. But I must congratulate you and your team also for how the videos are edited: a few seconds about the bulk of the lesson, which has a great impact, and then the full explanation, again, a gem of clarity. Also the music is very well balanced: great job!

This is the only channel that has provided me with an understanding of how to keep my right side low through impact / how the swing is supposed to work and avoid my early extension. Setup, weight distribution, takeaway, how the legs / body / hip / arms / hands are connected and supposed to move all clearly explained (not necessarily all in this video but across the channel). Awesome. Thankyou.

I know this is an older video but I am praying someone still gets these. I have got so many muddled golf video swing flaws going I don't know what my own swing is. I am confused slightly on what we are doing as it relates to the engine, what drives the swing? Is it pulling the arms down or turning the core and shoulders while keeping the hands in front of the chest?

Yea we like our driver swing to match the shoulder plane. It naturally has a slightly flatter swing because the lie angle is the flattest. A lot of people will chase speed by lifting the hands higher, however our players hit it as far as anyone’s!

Watching most professional golfers they have this position - some coaches emphasise shallowing the club by pushing the club further backward leading to more unnecessary movement to get back on plane. This demonstrated the correct position in the back swing better than I’ve seen before - thanks! 👍🏌️⛳️
