I really like your videos...they are always useful and meaningful! I was wondering something. If someone is looking at art therapy as a career path, what would you say are the pointers they should look for in themselves to see if it would suit them i.e. personality traits, values etc.? How would they know that they align well with being an art therapist? Could you perhaps make a video about this? Thank you for the great content!

I’m not sure how to narrow it down to who my ideal client is, what would you suggest to figure this out? ✨

I love your videos. I am a school social worker at a school and work with kids and teens. Many are very artistic and creative. I would love to learn more about art therapy and ways I can incorporate it in my sessions. Do you have suggestions for books and workbooks I can use?

I’ve been looking for an art therapist practitioner to go to, or a group, and every time I Google for an art therapist in my area I only find courses to get a graduate degree in counseling with art therapy emphasis. So where are all of the art therapists in the San Francisco Bay Area? You’d think this area would be teaming with art therapists. Are they all not bothering to advertise themselves as Art Therapists? Do they only work in schools or hospital settings?
