Hi. thanks. i have a few qestions. 1- I am a freelancer and I want to register a company. In your opinion, what type of company registration is better? sole trader or LTD? (I know that taxes are lower in LTD companies, but you said in the video that sole trader companies can pay taxes more easily. Now I don't know which company is better to register as a freelancer). 2- And regarding the tax, should it be paid at the end of December every year? Or does it depend on what month of the year the company was registered? 3- Do freelancers who registered a company in uk but are not resident in England have to pay tax? 4- After registering the company, if we record all the expenses that have been incurred; Do you provide services for paying tax in uk for our company?(Because I haven't registered a company yet and I don't know in detail how to pay its taxes). Thank you for helping me.

Hi Mahmoud, Probably difficult to answer all these in a comment as so much to cover, but have you seen this playlist which should cover off 90% of that list: kzread.info/head/PLkzy-8ym2nIgrxw6RHnkYsB1jVE6_7Ruz If you aren't physically in the UK though, i'd consider not registering a company it can cause some complex practical/tax issues here and local to you.

I wasn't aware the Accounting profession was unregulated. I thought Accountants had to be registered with ACCA or CIMA. I thought anybody offering financial advice had to comply with HMRC's anti money laundering rules.

AML yes, accounting bodies no! Literally anyone can set up tomorrow. To become a HMRC official agent a little paperwork and that’s your lot. Makes it an interesting market . .

Hi , I am a self employed sole trader (uk) and I am starting a separate venture. Can I set up a separate Ltd account whilst being self employed in my day job ? It might be worth mentioning they are completely separate and I’d like to account for them both completely separately. I hope this makes sense and any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it’s possible (and not that uncommon) to have a LTd venture and some self employment.
