For clipboard history to work, it has to be enabled first by clicking Windows + V and then turning it on. It will only show clipboard history of copied items after it has been turned on.

I reconfigured the shortcut to open the clipboard - now I just press Tilde key - you can remap keys using powers toys.

Win+Alt+R to screen record only works if you configure if in the settings
