    Very helpful tips! Specially the first two tips! The rolling of the hips is quite difficult, I will try it with some momentum and see what happens

    By rounding upper back you really in fact mean hunching the shoulders forwards = protraction turning the elbow pits facing each other cue = internal rotation. If i am right?

    This may seem like a silly question… but how do you round your back? Are there any drills to help with it? Because no matter how hard I try to round my back, it always seems flat 😢

    Protract your shoulders (scapula go away from one another) like in Plank pose, then add thoracic spine flexion but the first is protraction (feel serratus anterior activation)
