Very nice 3-story house... love it... doesn't matter what material separates the levels as long as there are 3 levels , it's a 3-story.. and it doesn't matter what any of the levels are used for whether there is furniture or not. Once it's another level, it makes up another story of the house...

A chiminea is actually a freestanding terracotta outdoor fireplace/ oven. They originated in Mexico, hence the Spanish name. : )

Looks cool. I wouldn't mind renting it for a while, buy I don't think I'd buy one, an A-frame i mean. I had a friend up in Maine that lived in one. It always felt like you were missing space. The way an open floor plan because makes a place feel more spacious, the A-frame always seemed like the opposite, like it's laid out to feel smaller than they are. Of course the location seems to more than make up for it.
