Step 1: get a ball Step 2: go outside Step 3: kick the ball Step 4: run and get the ball back Step 5: repeat NO EXCUSES!

If you want practice the normal pass (ground) take 2 balls. With a ball you have to take the other one. If you are wrong, keep try until you don't take the second ball. Once you taken this, keep try. For long passes I suggest you a friend if you have no a wall. Or maybe go in 5-7 side football pitch and repeat

Everyone practices but there's a reason some players are better passers than others - it's not because of more practice - at least not at the elite level. It's about refinement and honing your technique to your specific body type. Yohan Cruyff said it best. In golf they have three coaches for different strokes - in football, you have one coach for eleven different players - it's simply not broken down enough in most places.
