I improved my hair by following these: Including more and more Vitamin C in form of orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 7-8 hrs of enough sleep everyday, consume nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also eat fishes like salmon. Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins everyday. Using mild, pure shampoo, oil, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. This is good to control hair fall.

hair massaging is so relaxing and doing it in a right way is very important but doing it with the right hair oil is also important, earlier i use to use only coconut oil for massaging but now blend of good oils like almond, castor, bhringraj, coconut and onion all of them all helping me in my good sleep and healthy hair, instead of mixing all the things i trust little extra coco onion hair oil its good and very relaxing.
