The target parameters is farthest unit so he would pick a side and ult that way. Now weather or not it still hits the entire stage is an unknown but based on the hit boxes probably not.

I think one thing you also missed when discussing sports changing, is that they change more than video games. Consider the roster turnover and differing players like you would a composition change. That happens all season.

Im guessing that when you Golden Neeko a unit, it doesnt create, in this case, a Sona. It creates a Sona* with a special tag that prevents it, upon selling, from ever entering the pool?

That's only true if all the ones in the pool are taken, otherwise it just pulls from the pool, and returns to the pool upon selling

Pretty much. An extra copy of any champion created by a dupe will never enter the pool. However, if ones exist in the pool; the dupe will pull from the pool. It will only create an 10th Sona for example; if there are already all 9 Sonas in play.

Final reserves sets you gold to 50, if you have 0 gold you get 50 gold. If you have 50 gold you get 0. Only gold in excess of 50 gets converted to exp.

You don't get the same value unless you're at/over 100 gold on that end of Final Reserves. Setting your gold as low as possible before it procs has much more gold value.

@@SgtIronbeak Weird, I always thought it would convert any previously saved gold to xp before setting you to 50. So it just dumps all gold you had before and you get no return unless you are above 50 (and even then lose the first 50)?

I agree frontline feels AWFUL this set. There are 8 players who play some combination of 3 frontlines. Then with how strong reroll is good luck getting a 2 star frontline without having to reroll a bunch of gold getting set WAY back Econ wise.

Just dropping in to say that this set is fucking fantastic. The music, the theme, the balance, so much of it is spot on. Every game is different and brute force comps are gone, so the meta might be the most balanced that TFT has ever been. Only downside is that 5 costs are kind of weak atm and most of the gold generation augments are way too powerful to contest, but other than that everything seems manageable, you can climb with literally anything if you play according to the tempo the game gives you. My question is though, what's next after this? How do you top a music themed set with songs for every origin that mix and match?

@@wiznz3659 in plat after 2 days(equivalent of gold mmr), will continue to play this ranked season. Only ever reached D1 back in S2, wasn't that keen on ranked in other sets so always stopped at plat and played variety modes. This set feels very fun to play with the changes, high tempo with less room for error and no lenience for people forcing comps without hitting big requirements for it. Playing it makes you feel like you learn something every time.

I was very tired of people just spamming pandoras for triple rfc last set, it existed the entire set and never went away. People also got to constest a meta comp and still avoid going 8th.

shit like that shouldn't exist, why would a dev say "yeah let's put exodia champs in"...he really didn't play well in the beginning as he himself said and just out of pure luck he got a lucian 3 and won, pretty stupid tbh.

I want anyone to explain how getting a 3-Star like that, and just sweeping the board has any counter play. Maybe the worst thing to see, the amount of "feels bad" mechanics, skins, and garbage that gets added to this game after each development cycle is amazing.

It’s not meant to have counter play. You’re supposed to win the game if you get a 3* 5-cost, because it’s such a rare and difficult thing to do. But really if you want counter play then scout boards late game and if someone has 2 2* units of a 3-cost then buy one of those units. There’s only 9 in the pool so sitting on just one will block the other player from ever hitting the 3*
