He didn't have any jazz units to begin with, meaning it would be a long time before he got value from the augment gambling the entire game on hitting and would probs lose a ton of hp, the jazz guy scaled till late game so he's super stacked, and in the end his board wasn't even ideal for Karthus, of course it would be close.

@@grubhub5326 how likely are you to start with an mf at 2-1? he had 2 bards. and its a headliner karthus 3, it shouldnt "be close" in the sense that he's more likely to lose than win. mort was just being a clown when he said that, if he didnt highroll it wouldve been a second to the guy he made fun of

Every game is at least 30 minutes so 20 hours to learn the changes is not hard at all when you know the tft basics

If your complaint about a game is that it’s too complex.. the problem probably isn’t the game. And the developers should really disregard that type of complaint from the community.

man, this is my first ever set of TFT, started about 7 days ago and im LOVING it! Watching you has been truly inspirational you always immediately have a good foundation and a smart gameplan. I wish I knew how to mid-game plan and shift comps when necessary like you man 😭😭 silver 1 currently

especially with the way headliners work, dont be afraid to try new things and invent while playing, taking risks and seeing how they pay out is an essential part of learning tft, specially when in low elo when losing doesn't matter that much

theres no way this game got this close with a damn karthus 3

I had a 3 star ahri with jg, nashors, and spear (5KDA, 5 spellweaver) get 3rd against the reroll punk comp and Jazz MF so I can fully believe it.

​@@phi4491Tbf Ahri 3 star is really weak, that's why she got a huge buff in the next patch. Jazz is still pretty stupid tho, hopefully the nerf is enough lol.

It's great that it did. A 3-star 4 cost should not be an auto-win. That said, I agree Jazz is too strong

I felt overwhelmed with this set as well with my first 5 games being 5-8th place. But after that I started to pick it up. 🤷‍♂️

literally just dont put your carry in the if corner if you can fight akali. its so easy. if your carry is in the middle of the backrow, it takes, at minumum, 3 ults before akali can even find your carry. read what units do and git gud

Honestly I don't really find a problem with Akali, I just put some trash in the corners so she can't snipe my carry in the middle backrow

Question for anybody who knows: Does sleight of hand get activated by capricious forge, lucky gloves, rascals gloves, etc? I'm assuming so, just not sure.

Only augments with Thieve's Gloves specifically named in the description. Other name's doesn't work.

@@FearTheFury69 I’ve tried that and she is decent but she never feels like a main carry to me. Again, I might just be ignorant and not enough play time with her, but she always seems like the back up to ahri or karthus. Never the main carry. Glad she is getting buffs though today.

I dont get this set man. I had this EXACT comp 3 days ago without the Karthus 3 because I couldnt hit it with 90+ gold and nobody contesting (ofcourse) and I went 7th. I really fucking hate this set, just because I really cannot figure this shit out. I watch the end of every goddamn game to see what wins, I have tried to emulate every goddamn comp that wins eventually (depending on what pops up in my shop and augments) and I just bot 4 every goddamn time because there's motherfuckers hitting Mordekaisers 3 at level 6 with 40 gold remaining for no goddamn reason other than the sheer luck of hitting it as a headliner when they've already got 5. However, when I roll down at 9 for a decent fuckin headliner, I hit NOTHING that suits my comp. EVER. I'm talking 50+ games here and I DO NOT HIT. It's actually made me play more after the first 20 games but it's turning me the fuck off quick now. Nobody can be this unlucky. Statistically impossible. This set, the way it's set up with leveling and the fuckin headliners, it's goddamn horrible from a skill perspective. It's ALL about goddamn luck now. Horrible game design.
