    Summary : 1. 3SRB _Afternoon 2. 3SRB_Morning 3. controls emotions 4. Remove disturbance 5. Improve concentration _if you control emotions 6. 10min 3SRB = 1-2 hours of rest 7. Need rest during studies _DO 3SRB 8. Need 3-4 months to show effects 9. 5-6 years for change 10. Step 2 after 2 years

    Those who didn't think there is God, here is something to ponder It's a perspective, its not an argument in favour of existence of God. In a mother’s womb were two babies. One asked the other: “Do you believe in life after delivery?” The other replied, “Why, of course. There has to be something after delivery. Maybe we are here to prepare ourselves for what we will be later.” “Nonsense” said the first. “There is no life after delivery. What kind of life would that be?” The second said, “I don’t know, but there will be more light than here. Maybe we will walk with our legs and eat from our mouths. Maybe we will have other senses that we can’t understand now.” The first replied, “That is absurd. Walking is impossible. And eating with our mouths? Ridiculous! The umbilical cord supplies nutrition and everything we need. But the umbilical cord is so short. Life after delivery is to be logically excluded.” The second insisted, “Well I think there is something and maybe it’s different than it is here. Maybe we won’t need this physical cord anymore.” The first replied, “Nonsense. And moreover if there is life, then why has no one has ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery there is nothing but darkness and silence and oblivion. It takes us nowhere.” “Well, I don’t know,” said the second, “but certainly we will meet Mother and she will take care of us.” The first replied “Mother? You actually believe in Mother? That’s laughable. If Mother exists then where is She now?” The second said, “She is all around us. We are surrounded by her. We are of Her. It is in Her that we live. Without Her this world would not and could not exist.” Said the first: “Well I don’t see Her, so it is only logical that She doesn’t exist.” To which the second replied, “Sometimes, when you’re in silence and you focus and you really listen, you can perceive Her presence, and you can hear Her loving voice, calling down from above.”

    Thanku very much sir...but one question is that if someone crack a joke (which means we got a impulse) and then we laugh at it (as this is our reaction and E centre works here),so do we lost that energy which we comes in form of impulse or we should not laugh and control our emotions to preserve it,sir please cover this thing in your future videos...

    Plz clarify,1 2 3 5 6 yaha 4 kahan gaya? Kya ye 123 inhale 4hold and 5 6 exhale aysa hoga?plz bataiye.aur kitne samay tak isko karna chahiye,aur khana khane se kitne samay pahle ya baad mei,ye bhi bataiyega plz.

    yes, 4 skip kr diya gya ha bahut hi chota sa gap rakhne ke liye, yehi gap inhalation and exhalation ke bich ha. start with 10mins you can keep increasing the time +5mins everyweek aur ye normal breathing is hai isko ki har time chalna ha. 3srb ko kabhi bhi kar sakte hain bus khane ke baad light book use kreyega

    @@abirmajumder9200 the technique is very simple and needs controlled breathing , its helps to calm down the overthinking, helps focus and concentrate on the breathing, thereby helping the mind and body to relax and rejuvinate in a very short span of time. After attending the 3 day program at IESM badlapur centre, this conscious breathing technique really helped me in focussing and aligning thoughts in positive manner

    Can Any1 tell me relationship b/w PJ saher ji aur Shri Tavariya ji ? And also blocking of nose is also mentioned in Zen Yoga Book. But in that book he has said we should block our left 👃 Nose in page 154 and he said we can block our left nostril for first 15 -20 weeks between 1 to 2 pm in afternoon. But Tavariya Ji is Saying we should block Right Nostril. Plz Clarify This ? Kindly Clarify.

    @@lucy09zen yes after reading a book on swar shastra i am now able to understand the functions of both the nostrils and breathing from them. Each nostrils have its own effects and timings in the day. Tavaria ji has also mentioned about Swar Shastra in his book. Its a science of breathing. Thanks.

    Sir I tried this method for a month and it had a negative effect on my body. Now I think I suffer from Hernia and Acid Refluxes because the strain caused the stomach to enter in my diaphragm cavity.

    @@amitkeexperiment8369 I'm not sure.. But after doing the 3 step exercise, I feel like my stomach is displaced a bit and I'm having Acid Reflux regularly.. Anyways whats the exercise, if that helps me?
