I've been sitting most of every day for the last twentyone years, compromised immune system and CFS/ME drifting into Fibromyalgia - these exercises are very doable, but how often should they be done? I could do them twice a day, is that okay? And how about time of day - morning, before bed?

Hallo! Die Leute tun dies im Allgemeinen gerne ein- oder zweimal am Tag, aber es ist immer am besten, auf Ihren Körper zu hören und darauf zu hören, was sich für Sie am besten anfühlt. :)

@@HoldenQiGong May I ask you another question? There is no difference to exhale with an opening mouth or a closing mouth? According to the film you take a deep breath thorough nose and breath out in the same way.
