Nope Other optical stores take 100 rupees for eyecheck up and they don't have ultrasonic cleaning system

I had visited their store but they said they can only provide a free eye checkup only if I buy a glass

Bro you had atleast fixed screw but mine they just checked my eye sight and let me go out from store, ok I not purchased any thing from store because in my local area I can find more low cost spects then lenskart with bluecut.

Totally false video I had vistited the two store but the staff is very rude and behave like they are favouring me while talking to me.....

No NO NO, Lenskart is surely not the place where you want to get your eyes tested.. visit a eye hospital.. its not only about reading snellen charts, you need to check the eye pressure and get your eyes dilated so that Ophthalmologist can check your eye thoroughly...

Lenskart irritating me from last month first they gave wrong eye powers then after rechecking my eye they exchange my eyeglasses they waisted my three days in this process this time both lens was with different color again I exchange by waisting 3 days now this time they gave wrong power so they again request to exchange but my frame was out of stock so they gave me different frame but this time I test my eyes outside Lenskart today I got my glasses after one month of payment but color of both lens is different 😢

Not satisfied with Lenskart service. I got cashback for purchasing specs but not able to use this for next purchase of specs or lens cleaner etc. they say it can't be used on discounted products. Do they expect that we purchase specs every week or month? Why it is not of use for anti fog spray or lens cleaner etc. very bad policy.

This video shows the real Indian mindset, people love cribbing about doctors but literally have no idea who are doctors and who are quacks. Firstly the so called thorough free eye check up is just a refraction test and nothing else, it cannot diagnose any issue other than refractive errors. Secondly the person conducting the so called examination is an optimitrist and not an ophthalmologist, in fact lens kart hires zero doctors. It’s high time Indians should wake up from their sleep and start spending their money with the right people and not with these cheaters. Lastly every locality has hundreds of small and big optical shops, please use them and support their business because that’s how localities flourish.

@@user-lv2xm7lo9z nothing at all boss, infact they are a helping hand for ophthalmologist, what’s wrong is when the patient is not made clear wether the person doing the check up is an optimitrist or a doctor because that’s called cheating. Secondly we live in a country of law and order therefore even if an optimitrist is excellent at what he does he cannot be allowed to practice like a doctor.

Local market mei jaiye.... 1500 lenge..... 2 kaudi ka saman le lenge.... Power check karane gya tha local mei.... Power thi tb bhi zabardasti bata diya power hai.... Ab sahi mei power ho gyi h mere....lens bhi 2 kaudi ka..... Tb change kiya or lenskart ka liya

If you go local shop free service Free Cleaning Free eye test Free Frame repairing because Technician in store available but Lenskart have no technician a 😅

Lenskart's 1 year warranty is a gimmick once your frame is broken and you go to the store they will say ohh noo our warranty doesn't cover damage it only covers the colour , means if your spec's colour fades away only then the warranty comes into action maybe ..... Lenskart's frames aren't cheap they sell their specs with very high margin , go to any specs market you will find same exact frames with much lower price atleast 200-300 rs cheaper and sometimes more cheaper than that

If i purchase a spec, so i will get a cleaner free right?

When i went to one lenskart shop. There is nobody to attend me everyone is in chit chat with others. I waited 2,3 minitues and went to their side and asked about the products. What a poor proffesionalism.

I don't know about other lenskart outlets but in my locality they are just the best. The staff is so polite and helps out finding the best glasses for your suitability. The best thing is that the amount of time they give towards their customer is just facinating.

Bekar plastic quality ka frame deta hain service centre to or vi bakwas hain. Mera 2 months old frame broken ho gaya gir jane se bt service centre bol raha hain new lena ko, 1499 ka frame 2 months ke liye pani me chala gaya. Never buy from lenskart. Just made in china product packet me clear likha hain fir vi claim korta hain Indian products. Shame on Piyush Bansal

Eye checkup is free with Lenskart gold membership, which itself you can get for free these days. Ultrasonic cleaning is free with without gold membership considering they have the ultrasonic cleaner with them. Still always call the store through the number given on Google maps and ask about these services before visiting the store.

If you buy Vincent Chase or lenskart frame it will surely be lesser than locals according to the lens prices may vary, but yes a gold membership brings a huge difference in price therefore the prices are on the slight lesser side provided you shop smartly😊.

The string broke and it was under warranty, they said they will fix it but it will take 5-7days just to put the string for half rim frame,, took it to a local shop,, he did it for free,,, frames are very cheap quality as are there services

Taking about lenses their quality is very poor, and I got to know this after purchasing from chasma point. I was surprised after looking at their quality, lens quality was way better, even I showed it to lenskart employee they agreed too. Only problem in chasma point is that they don’t have good frames like lenskart.

Bad Substandard quality frames and very poor after sales service. After a few days of usage, I have to put tape to use the specs as you see in the image. And they clearly told they can't do anything about it. Don't fall for their offer and buy 2 substandard specs. Better get a single one without any offer from a decent shop in your area.
