There are a lot of strategies to make tongue-wetting profit that the average joes don't know. . Personally, the financial-market for me seems the only way forward with my long time horizon (accrued roughly $457k in gains since Mid 2021 ) but if you don’t have that fortune of time it’s a tough market out there almost nowhere feels safe!

I have $60k I want to transfer into an S&S ISA but it's hard to bite the bullet and do it. $457 is a huge milestone, Please what's your strategy? I will love to have an insight

My side hussle: I’m Building a team of financial professionals to teach financial literacy classes in our communities. I train the teachers to do the work. Help them get licensed and give them the tools to build their own business as well. Clients and trainees never pay me. I get paid from the financial companies. Ie: whole life providers, annuity providers, etc.

I think you just borrow against it(Its Yours) and use it to create more money and earn better interest. Your not technically taking it, your just using your own money to make more money instead of using Credit Cards or Bad Bank Loans or Home Equity Loans. That's why you need the side hustle or hustles. With that being said, you still pay into it/pay back.. Can someone let me know if I am right about this? I am in the Cryto world and this stuff is normal. Lol

Yes, if your term policy has a conversion provision. I'm told that the conversions don't work the same way as the ones discussed here, but it's worth checking out

ok.... Please, If you don't mind, I need some clarity. 1) You have a Whole Life Policy that you can borrow money from instead of a Bank (I get that) but how long before you can borrow? 2) when you get the loan... what are you doing with the money? at some point, you have to pay yourself back.... correct? ..... it is a shame i have to ask these questions at my old age but..... i am not scared to learn something new.

Whole life is pretty expensive to have, that was the only reason I didn’t buy that type of policy. Can we switch from one type of policy to the whole life?

You probably can switch, but the cost doesn't matter if you understand what they are teaching.. You are able to -Borrow Back or Against The Money That You Put Into The Account... So, you actually are just giving yourself more money/leverage I believe.. I am not sure what percentage of the account you can borrow against. What I do know is there is so many people in the world that have access to so much and they have no clue..

I am in a situation right now where I need to raise 4000 in 5 months. I am buying a house. I have 6000 in the bank towards my down payment of 10,000 due in November 2022. Paying off my debts with that, would not yield the total in that time. How can I use that 6000 to bring another 4000 using your compound interest system?

Writing and REI - I have done all of this before - but my daughter got depressed in 1994 and I used the money from my REI to purchase some expensive medications - the bank did not accept two payment the following month instead - they refused all further payments and did not stop until they had repossessed the 3 singles and a duplex - one that I had been paying on for 14 years on a 15 year mortgage and the others I had been paying on for about 7 years on 15 year mortgages. Since that time I have been trying to help my daughter who was a Dean's list student before doctors placed her medications that eventually led her from mild depression to permanent diagnosis of frontal lobe damage caused by ECT in 2009. I am reasonably over my depression about all of this loss - and ready to start building a business again. Your videos are extremely helpful. Thank you. Also recently, I found a gold coin 1837-1841 - and trying to figure out what to do with it - it should be worth quite a bit that I can use to invest in my writing and the REI.
