In real estate, people dump untaxed money. It's good to discourage black money going in real estate. They should pay tax on the profit as well as on the capital they got. Why should they be left untaxed?

This is a misconception. No one buy or sell their property on cash. Everyone demands for pay order or bank dract, hence the money and assets are declared and people pay tax through proper channel.

Good As you mentioned that pakistan has real estate regularity authority but they have not worked and it is as usual as other institutions doesn’t work Rule must be that before launching any society must ensure by government and map should be launched and should hv possession date and if they failed to deliver there must be penalty and should be imposed Unfortunately our government whoever they don’t do anything

یہ تو 2 سال سے سن رہے ہیں کہ فیصل ٹاؤن 2 اچھا پروجیکٹ ہے بھی کام کب اسٹارٹ ہو گا. 1 سال سے سن رہے ہیں کام اسٹارٹ ہو رہا ہے. جس وقت پروجیکٹ آیا کیا گیا ایک مہینہ میں نیا ریٹ آ رہا ہے آپ کو فوری پرافٹ ملے گا. آج وہ مائنس میں ہیں. سارے ڈیلرز حضرات زیادہ سے زیادہ کوٹہ بیچنے کے چکر میں بہت زیادہ جھوٹ بولتے ہیں. ناصر بھائی نے بھی بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کی بہت فائلز بیچی ہیں جس کے عوض انہیں سوسائٹی کی طرف سے بہت سارے کمرشل مین بلیورڈ پر پلاٹس انعام میں ملے ہوں گے. عام عوام کو کچھ نہیں ملنا. ابھی تک BWC میں جتنی فائل سیل ہوئی ہیں ان کا 5 فیصد بھی قبضہ نہیں ملا.
