This was one of the most beautiful spiritual videos I've ever watched on the importance of reconnecting to nature for total well-being and eating healthy for good nutrition, clarity, and overall health. I love seeing black people out enjoying nature, gardening, and farming. Everything about this video speaks to me.

This is my favorite video. Seeing people who look like me doing things I love to do. Eating fresh flowers, chilling and growing with family and friends, connecting with animals. Even the lil dog had to get its vegan on. I was so up lifted seeing lil man in the garden. I know what I want now I see what it can look like and how it feels just watching others do it. Yes, totally yes. Thank you so much for posting this. I just moved outta the hood too free myself of the pains and traumas that come with it. Ready to move further into a free way of living. We have local gardens here where i'm located. i never actually gotten involved. i am a tree hugger. i have been learning how to take care of plants for the past year. i have house plant, and i have a huge plant hanging outside of my front door. i sing to it when i water it. Also to my blue pine tree. i breathe on my indoor plant. Her name is Veronica.

i have a clean joke i think is really funny...Here it is... There was this minister speeding along down the highway doing 105 mph. The state trooper sees the minister whiss past him. He turns his lights on and gets behind him immediately! Once pulled over, the officer walk up to the drivers side and sees that the man was holding a thermos. The officer asks the minister, "Whats that your drinking?" The minister looks down and then back up at the officer nonchalantly and says, "Oh. This is nothing officer. Its just water." The officer takes it out his hand--"Let me see that!" The officer raises it up to his nose... takes a whiff. "This isn't water. This is wine!" The minister says with a smile, "Jesus done it again..."
