Pharah has a shorter reload on 1 bullet so it’s the opposite

This video, along with the one covering armour, really helps the show the incredible variety Morrowind has. In this very video it’s only missing horses, compared to both Oblivion and Skyrim which each are missing multiple creatures that Morrowind had.
