I've had my braces for 3 months and have learned to deal with them. Last week, at an adjustment appointment, I got rubber bands. I'm struggling with them, noting that most people didn't even notice I wore braces until the rubber bands started, and they hurt a lot, interfere with my speech and just are awful! DId you have trouble adapating to them? You seem so confident in your braces and rubber bands! Btw, congrats on being done, you look even more amazing with them off! - Teenie

Thank you for your words ❤yes, firstly I couldn't get used to them either! it seemed to me that everyone was looking at the rubber in my teeth, and to be honest, some people really did😅 the perception of people depends on our attitude towards ourselves, thus I accepted myself with braces and the situation improved! plus, bands often rubbed my mouth, but the longer you wear them, the more you get used to them) you can put a special mouth wound healing cream on the wounds at night! I'm sure you'll get used to it soon!) plus, with rubber bands, the result will be faster! I wish you to quickly remove the braces and enjoy your smile! But I'm sure you look great with braces!))
