Very good. I saw this too late. I made lemon pepper shrimp. Nice and easy. With BBQ wings and some BBQ ribs. Collard with cabbage mixed. And whew whee. Delicious.

I’ve used frozen spinach before, just let thaw in a strainer or in cheese cloth to squeeze the water out. Everything looks delicious 😋. I’m going with KC simply because my cousin Lloyd Burruss played for them back in the day.

Quick tip; you can use any string cheese as a shortcut. Polly-O now has this marbled cheddar/mozzarella one that is delish!

Another great one!! I made all 3 of these today. The spinach dip blew my mind, amazing! The chicken was so good I didn't even want to cover them all in sauce ( I kept a few naked). Mozzarella sticks were good but I'll probably buy the cheese sticks next time, my arm strength not up to par. Lol.
