On Friday, 28 October 2022, the College of Europe in Natolin received Mr Milo Đukanović, President of Montenegro, at the campus. As always, the 'Three Questions To...' series quizzed Mr Đukanović on a number of pertinent issues to his country, including Montenegro's interaction with the EU, and on wider Western Balkans affairs.
